I have experience in helping individuals navigate challenges with: anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, social skills, anger management, and interpersonal relationship issues. I offer a variety of treatment modalities that are tailored to meet your specific needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), crisis intervention, mindfulness, and trauma informed care while utilizing a strength-based approach.
