I specialize in working with youth, adolescents,and adults work through anxiety, lifetransitions,and struggles around chronic medical illnesses,such as sickle cell disease,HIV,and Hemophilia.

My goal is to meet clients where they are and empower them to be the very best version of themselves.This is a safe haven where you can express your feelings and struggles openly without judgment. There is no handbook on how to make your way through life. Through our therapeutic relationship, I strive to create a collaborative space where we can move together toward healing.
